One to one training opportunity in Sports Injuries and musculo-skeletal therapy.
12 months full time shadowing and training with Sports physiotherapist and Osteopath where you will receive instruction in diagnosing sports injuries and musculo-skeletal back pain conditions.
This is an opportunity to undergo an “on the job” skills training programme where you will be given instruction on how to be a competent musculo-skeletal practitioner.

Tamworth Physiotherapists provide Sports Massage at Lichfield 10k Race
Tamworth sports physiotherapists from Atlas Pain Relief Centre in Tamworth town centre Staffordshire provided support for local runners in Lichfield on September 6th 2009
The Atlas Sports Massage team turned out to provide the Lichfield 10k runners with advice on running gait and overpronation and sports massage before and after the run.
On site massage has been an integral part of the Lichfield 10k event in Staffordshire and many runners avail themselves of this free service provided by the Tamworth Atlas team.

New Birmingham Runners Injury Clinic shows clean pair of heels to the recession and credit crunch by treating injured marathon runners.
Local business Atlas Sports Injury Clinic in Hall Green, Birmingham have increased their turnover during the last 8 months in spite of the credit crunch and recession. Last Monday saw the launch of a new runners injury clinic from the Robin Hood Island premises where they provide specialist advice and treatments for marathon runners.
The Birmingham clinic have recently employed another running chartered sports physiotherapist in Richard Mason who finished 28th in the 2001 Flora London Marathon in a time of 2 hrs 22 mins.

Tamworth Osteopath features in Channel 4 television programme
Tamworth osteopath and physiotherapist John Williams of Atlas Pain Relief Centre in Tamworth town centre Staffordshire is due to be featured in a television programme called “Extreme Male Beautyâ€
At present the show on Channel 4 television is due to be broadcast from 9th April for 4 weeks at 10pm.
The programme looks at a variety of health and fitness issues and the series runs for 4 weeks. John was involved in the diagnosis and treatment of overtraining the abdominal muscles which led to a health problem. Following medical investigation which was unsuccessful in discovering the cause of the problem, the patient visited Atlas Pain Relief Centre in Tamworth and was successfully treated by the Tamworth Osteopath.
